SHIPPING
Orders within the United States are shipped by the US Postal Service (Priority Mail), which takes three to five business days depending on customer’s location. Your order will usually ship within three to seven business days after you receive an emailed confirmation of your order. MuzzleJab clothing co charges sales tax for orders shipped to a Virginia address. Recipients of orders shipped to other states are responsible for complying with your individual state tax laws.
RETURNS
MuzzleJab clothing co will gladly accept returns if the purchased product is the wrong size, if wrong item was shipped, or the item is defective. To receive authorization for a return, you must contact customer service at returns@muzzlejab.com to obtain a return authorization number (RA#). Return authorizations must be requested within 21 days of the original ship date. Once a RA# is received, you must ship the item back within 14 days to receive an exchange. MuzzleJab is not responsible for the return shipping costs. We will notify you via email when your return has been processed.
